Swifts Invertebrates - Terrible Customer Service

I just wanted to add my experience to this.

I placed a $100 order with this dealer as well, and paid for overnight shipping.

The package did not come overnight, and when the package came a day late, I found both animals to be very much dead.

When I contacted Swift about the problem, he asked me to send pictures, and when I did he started using foul language, telling me that I was full of it.

He did not poke holes in the top of the specimen containers, and I believe suffocation was the cause of death.

I would be wary when dealing with this dealer, and not expect much to happen should your order arrive dead.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Just want to chime in. The above user has decided to take it out on Mr.

Swift.

He was refunded his money.

He has posted on fauna forums. He was told he was wrong there. So he came here.

For anyone that wants to buy from Mr. Swift, please read the reviews on arachnoboards. There are literally hundreds of good reviews.

And only 1 bad.
